於推廣期內，首30名網上行特選個人客戶以優惠碼「PCDSC2025」成功簽訂及安裝月費HK$680起並含至少36個月承諾期之Smart Charge私人電動車充電服務月費計劃，可免費獲贈HK$3,000 csl手機及手機配件電子禮券及Smart Charge指定汽車充氣泵（「此推廣」）。受相關條款及細則約束。

條款及細則

  1. 此推廣之有效期為2025年1月24日至2025年3月31日，包括首尾兩日（「推廣期」）。於此推廣中選購的Smart Charge服務必須在2025年9月30日之前啟動。
  2. 若要成為享有此推廣優惠的合資格客戶，您必須於推廣期内收到由網上行以指定MMS或WhatsApp宣傳訊息發出關於Smart Charge私人電動車充電服務月費計劃優惠的特選網上行個人客戶，並只適用於指定屋苑（「特選客戶」）。
  3. 於推廣期內，首30名特選客戶以優惠碼「PCDSC2025」成功簽訂及安裝月費HK$680起並含至少36個月承諾期之Smart Charge私人電動車充電服務月費計劃（「指定計劃」）（「合資格客戶」），可免費獲贈HK$3,000 csl手機及手機配件電子禮券及Smart Charge指定汽車充氣泵（「優惠」）。
  4. Smart Charge基本月費計劃是無限充電時數，但受《Smart Charge — 公平使用政策》約束。基本月費計劃的Smart Charge服務公平使用量為每月上限達至二千公里，隨後相關月份的最高充電電流將會被下調。有關詳情請參閱Smart Charge網站smartcharge.com.hk的上述政策。
  5. 電動車充電網絡鋪設要視乎可行性及有關物業管理處/代表或相關政府部門之批准決定。指定計劃詳情請致電2883 5420 Smart Charge客戶服務專員了解更多。客戶亦可回覆上述WhatsApp訊息，網上行會安排Smart Charge客戶服務專員與客戶聯絡。
  6. Smart Charge將在成功安裝指定計劃後約4至6週向合資格客戶的登記手機發送短訊。短訊將包含HK$3,000 csl手機及手機配件電子禮券兌換碼以及如何兌換和使用電子禮券的說明。合資格客戶須於相關期限內依照短訊中的相關指示兌換電子禮券，否則電子禮券將失效，且合資格客戶不會獲得任何補償。Smart Charge將在上述4-6週內將指定的汽車充氣泵快遞到合資格客戶的的郵寄帳單地址。
  7. 使用電子禮券須遵守「HK$3,000 csl手機及手機配件電子禮券之條款及細則」（請見下）。
  8. 電子禮券數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。
  9. 每位合資格客戶（依每個服務安裝地址計算）僅可享此推廣下之優惠一次。
  10. 除非另有說明，此推廣不可與任何其他促銷或折扣優惠同時使用，且不可轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品。
  11. 若指定計劃因任何原因於有關承諾期屆滿前終止，合資格客戶將須支付HK$3,200作為優惠中的電子禮券及充氣泵之價值。
  12. 優惠中的電子禮券由香港移動通訊有限公司（「csl」）提供，且優惠中的充氣泵並非由Smart Charge或網上行製造。Smart Charge和網上行對優惠的任何事宜（包括但不限於其品質）不作任何陳述或保證，並且不以任何方式對與優惠有關的任何事項承擔責任，在任何情況下均不予賠償。如對優惠中的電子禮券有任何疑問，請直接聯絡csl。如對優惠中的充氣泵有任何疑問，請聯絡Smart Charge。

  14. Smart Charge及網上行保留隨時更改或取消此推廣和/或修改這些條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。csl亦保留隨時修改「HK$3,000 csl手機及手機配件電子禮券之條款及細則」的權利，恕不另行通知。
  15. 若本條款及細則的英文版及中文版有差異或不一致，則以英文版為準。如有與此推廣相關的任何爭議，Smart Charge保留最終決定權。如有與電子禮券相關的任何爭議，csl保留最終決定權。

HK$3,000 csl手機及手機配件電子禮券之條款及細則

  1. 此電子禮券有效期由2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日，包括首尾兩日。
  2. 此電子禮券只適用於以建議零售價購買指定型號手機、平版電腦及手機配件（不適用於指定蘋果產品），詳情請向店員查詢。
  3. 此電子禮券只適用於csl專門店（不包括K11 MUSEA、青衣城、東港城、深旺道、太古城中心、粉嶺名都、天耀廣場 ），各區csl專門店地址請參閱https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/shop/。
  4. 此電子禮券只適用於購買指定產品並以全數付款並不設找續。
  5. 此電子禮券不可與其他優惠、折扣、推廣、電子禮券、禮券或信用卡免息分期付款計劃同時使用。
  6. 此電子禮券不可轉讓、兌換現金或其他產品。
  7. 使用此電子禮券時，客戶須出示有效身份證明文件以供核對。
  8. 此電子禮券如有遺失或過期，恕不作任何補發安排。
  9. 不完整、損壞或列印之電子禮券恕不接受。

NETVIGATOR x Smart Charge Special Offer for HK$3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher and Smart Charge Designated Car Tire Pump

The first 30 selected NETVIGATOR consumer customers who successfully subscribed and installed a designated Smart Charge Monthly Subscription Plan with not less than 36-month commitment period at a monthly fee of at least HK$680 with promo code “PCDSC2025” during the Promotion Period, will receive a HK$3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher and a designated Smart Charge Car Tire Pump for free (this “Promotion”). Relevant terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is valid from 24 January 2025 to 31 March 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The service activation for the subscribed Smart Charge service under this Promotion must be completed by 30 September 2025.
  2. To become an eligible customer for the offer under this Promotion, you must be a selected NETVIGATOR consumer customer who has received the designated promotional MMS or WhatsApp message regarding this Promotion from NETVIGATOR during the Promotion Period (“Selected Customer”).
  3. The first 30 Selected Customers who successfully subscribed and installed a designated Smart Charge Monthly Subscription Plan with not less than 36-month commitment period at a monthly fee of at least HK$680 (“Designated Plan”) with promo code “PCDSC2025” during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customer”) will receive a HK$3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher for free and a designated Smart Charge Car Tire Pump for free (“Offer”).
  4. Smart Charge’s standard plan offers unlimited charging hours, subject to “Smart Charge – Fair Usage Policy”. The fair usage level of Smart Charge charging service under the Standard Plan is up to 2,000 kilometres per month, upon which customer’s maximum charging current for the rest of the relevant month will be reduced.  For details, please refer to the said Policy on Smart Charge’s website at smartcharge.com.hk.
  5. Installation of electric vehicle charger network infrastructure is subject to feasibility and approval from the relevant Building Management Office / representative and the relevant Government department(s). For details of the Designated Plans, please contact Smart Charge representative by calling 2883 5420.  Customers may also reply to the said WhatsApp message and NETVIGATOR will arrange Smart Charge representative to contact the customer accordingly.
  6. Smart Charge will send an SMS to Eligible Customers’ registered mobile phone approximately 4 to 6 weeks after successful installation of the Designated Plan. The SMS will contain a redemption code for the HK$3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher and instructions on how to redeem and use the e-Gift Voucher.  Eligible Customers are required to redeem the e-Gift Voucher as per the relevant instructions in the SMS within the relevant period, failing which the e-Gift Voucher will lapse and Eligible Customers will not be compensated in any way.  Smart Charge will courier a designated Car Tire Pump to an Eligible Customer’s billing address within the said 4–6 week period.
  7. The use of the e-Gift Voucher is subject to the "Terms and Conditions for the HK$3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher” (please see below).
  8. The Offer is subject to availability, and will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
  9. Each Eligible Customer, as counted by each service installation address, can enjoy the Offer under this Promotion for one time only.
  10. Unless otherwise stated, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
  11. If the Designated Plan is terminated prior to the expiry of the relevant commitment period for any reason, Eligible Customers will be required to pay HK$3,200 for the value of the csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher and the Pump under the Offer.
  12. The e-Gift Voucher under the Offer is provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“csl”), and the Pump under the Offer is not manufactured by Smart Charge or NETVIGATOR. Smart Charge and NETVIGATOR make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the Offer (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the Offer.  No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances. For enquires about the e-Gift Voucher under the Offer, please contact csl directly. Smart Charge and NETVIGATOR reserve the right to vary or cancel this Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. csl reserves the right to amend the "Terms and Conditions for the HK$3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher” at any time without notice.
  15. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, Smart Charge’s decisions shall be final.  In the event of dispute in relation to the redemption or use of the e-Gift Voucher, csl’s decisions shall be final.

Terms and Conditions for the HK3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher

  1. The e-Gift Voucher is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, both days inclusive.
  2. This e-Gift Voucher can be used only for the purchase of designated handsets, tablets and handset accessories at their suggested retail prices (not applicable to designated Apple products). For the details, please check with csl staff.
  3. This e-Gift Voucher can be used only at any csl shops (except K11 MUSEA, Maritime Square, East Point City, Sham Mong Road, Cityplaza, Fanling Town Center, Tin Yiu Plaza). For the addresses of csl shops in various districts, please refer to https://www.hkcsl.com/en/shop/.
  4. This e-Gift Voucher can be used only for purchase and full payment of designated items and no change will be given.
  5. This e-Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions, e-gift vouchers, gift vouchers or credit card interest-free installment plan.
  6. This e-Gift Voucher cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash or other products.
  7. To redeem this e-Gift Voucher, customer has to present valid proof of identity for validation.
  8. This e-Gift Voucher will not be re-issued in the event of loss or expiry.
  9. Incomplete, damaged or printed e-Gift Voucher will not be accepted.
  10. In the event of inconsistencies between the Chinese and English version, the English version shall prevail.
  11. The e-Gift Voucher is provided by CSL Mobile Limited. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination in case of any dispute.
